RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items purchased on SALE (sales, special offers, discount vouchers, etc.) will be refunded via COUPONS of equal value to be used on our online store or via a product CHANGE.
ATTENTION: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service. Items returned directly without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Download and fill out the PDF form and send a copy to our customer service (luyanajewels@gmail.com).

Once our customer service has reviewed the form, you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the return.

Once you have received confirmation of acceptance of the return, prepare the package with the form and the products you wish to return inside.

Remember: the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.

After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the purchase.
Conditions for making a return:
1. The return of the items can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer;
2. The returned items must be unused and in the original packaging:
We do not accept returns of items that have already been worn, damaged or altered in any way. We do not accept returns of products missing the label, tag and any protective plastic of the purchased product;
3. Shipping costs are not refunded;
4. Any costs due to the decrease in value of the delivered items, resulting from their handling other than that necessary to allow the customer to ascertain the nature, characteristics or functionality of the items, will not be refunded;
5. Items purchased on SALE (sales, special offers, discount vouchers, etc.) will be refunded via COUPONS of equal value to be used on our online store or via a product CHANGE.
GIFT SETS are sold individually as a single product. In the event of a return, the entire set must be returned, including any freebies received and the set will be refunded via COUPONS of equal value to be used on our online store or via a product CHANGE;
6. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer;
7. The customer remains responsible for any damage or loss of the items during the return procedure;
8. The return form filled out in all its fields must be included inside the package;
9. The amount of the returned products will be credited back within 14 working days of receiving the return, in the same way as the payment was made or alternatively, if chosen, through a purchase voucher;
10. If you wish to make a return and, at the time of ordering, you received a gift, it will be necessary to also include the gift itself in the package.
11. Packages left in storage and not collected will be returned to our store. The customer will be responsible for the storage and return costs incurred by us, which will be deducted from the refund of the order.
12. The following are the cases in which it is possible to request a return of our jewelry:

Breakage of any type of clasp or scratches.

Discoloration of gold or silver plating. (Discoloration can be caused by a variety of factors, such as skin pH, excessive sweating, or exposure to chemicals, lotions, or perfumes. Follow our jewelry care tips to keep your jewelry looking new.)

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings unless they have manufacturing defects, such as defective clasps or charms, or missing components and stones.
